88, Bradenton, died Mar 19, 2013. Born in Boston, Massachusetts he moved to Bradenton in 1989 from Windham, Maine. A Veteran of the US Merchant Marines, he was a member of Ss Peter & Paul the Apostles Catholic Church and a District Salesmanager for the GMC Truck Division. Predeceased by sons, Hugh J. Jr. and Michael; daughter, Maureen McPhee-Nelson; sister, Irene; survived by sons, Edward and Patrick McPhee both of MA; daughters, Theresa and Dr. Margaret McPhee both of MA; brother, John McPhee of Truth or Dare, NM; sister, Gloria McPhee-Flahive of Westwood, MA; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A Memorial Mass was held at Ss Peter & Paul the Apostles Catholic Church. Brown & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory 43rd Street Chapel in charge. Condolences may be made to www.brownandsonsfuneral.com.
