I only knew Jim for 10 years as part of our team at USLEC/PAETEC and he was the kind of guy you would want as a lifelong friend. He always appreciated a little humor, no matter how serious the situation. He will be greatly missed by myself and many more at our company.

Melanie -- I worked with Jim for many years and always found him to be the Southern Gentlemen as described. Those of us at PAETEC/USLEC held him very dear to our hearts and will truely miss his soft voice and warm smile. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
