Bradenton, Florida - Lynn Kaplan gained her angel wings on Saturday, September 17th, 2022 after a long, courageous, and fierce battle with cancer.
Beloved by all who knew her she showed her heart of gold to her friends, her Anna Maria Oyster Bar work family, and every guest she came into contact with during her seventeen years as part of the Anna Maria Oyster Bar Cortez family.
Survived by a brother and sister, many dear friends, and her dearest friends, Christine Estes & Bill Cannady who cared so lovingly for her during her final battle.
There will be a Graveside Burial Service on what would have been her 61st birthday, Friday, September 23rd, 2022 at 11:00AM at Skyway Memorial Gardens, 5200 US-19, Palmetto, FL followed by a Reception from Noon - 1:30PM at the Anna Maria Oyster Bar Landside, 6906 14th Street West, Bradenton, FL.

I knew Lynn when she was a server at the oyster bar and she always took minute to say "hi" and always had a smile on her face. I hadn't seen her in a while and was saddened by the news that she had passed away RIP Lynn

Miss Lynn more than words can say. Sweet, sarcastic and funny. Lynn made any day brighter. The world has lost a good soul, but heaven is richer. Edward and Judy Granowicz (hugs Lynnie!)

I met Lynn in the early 2000's when her battle first began.... Pieter Hauhn of Fantasy travel introduced us and I helped her with Cleaning her home... She went into complete remission and fought her battle many year's.... I thank God for so many that has loved her and helped her along her tough journey... RIP Lynn....
