Mark Betti Obituary
September 17, 1955 - December 31, 2023
Bradenton, Florida - Mark C. Betti, 68, died peacefully on December 31, 2023. He will be remembered as a loving and caring father and grandfather.
Born in Peckville, PA, he was the son of the late Frank J. Betti and Elaine Rogers Betti. He was a graduate of Valley View High School where he loved football and baseball. Prior to his retirement, he worked as a driver and superintendent for Manatee County Area Transit.
Also surviving are two daughters, Danielle Betti, Parrish, FL; Ashley Donaldson and husband, Sean, Odessa, FL; three grandchildren, Alexandra, Nicholas, and Olivia; 4 brothers, Jeff, Bradenton, FL, Scott, Palmetto, FL, Chris, Jessup, PA, and Jim, Ocala, FL; and one sister, Lisa Betti Brizinski, Jessup, PA. Mark also remained close with Karen Betti, with whom he was married for 31 years.
A Memorial Mass will be held at Ss. Peter and Paul the Apostles Catholic Church in Bradenton, FL on Wednesday, January 24th, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association.

I worked with Mark at Manatee County Area Transit for many years and learned to appreciate him as a leader and friend. Mark always had time to talk and share a laugh. He had exceptional knowledge of the Public Transportation and had a caring heart for people. He has been missed and will continue to hold a fond memory in the hearts of those who knew him. My prayers go to the family during this time of great loss.
