Penn Yan, New York - It's been almost a year...

Richard J. Bradley, 81, of Penn Yan, NY passed away on December 8, 2024, in Bradenton FL, surrounded by his loving family.

Richard was born Lyons, NY in 1943, the son of Mary Indovina (Varalli) and Donald Bradley.

Richard proudly served in the Navy as a cook 1963 and served until honorably discharged in 1967. He was employed at Eastman Kodak for 28 years, retiring in 1992 as a database manager.

Richard was involved as a leader in Cub Scouts with the Seneca Waterways Council for many years, including running day camps. Upon retirement, he worked for the ProAction Office for Aging in Penn Yan.

Richard especially loved photography, cooking and baking, working with computers.

Favorite memories of Richard that made him special was his laugh, sense of humor, love of family and he loved to entertain little ones with his imitation of Donald Duck's voice.

Remaining to cherish Richard's memory are his children Donna Parmelee, Cheryl Jakobovic, Joseph Bradley, Erin Lowcock, and Neil Bradley, along with his beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Richard spent his last 15 years mostly in Bradenton, FL with his love and life partner, Julaine Hansen.He cherished their time together.

Memorial donations in Richard Bradley's memory may be directed to Seneca Waterways Council, BSA.
