I didn´t meet Shirley until she was in her 90´s. I was her fitness instructor for almost 6 years. She came to classes at least 3 times a week and was as flexible as a 20 year old when it came to Yoga! I admired her style as she was always perfectly dressed. We celebrated many birthdays together as we were both May babies. She was a wonderful friend and I will miss her.

I knew Shirley from Ufit. Later, I joined her and the Koffee Klatch ladies. She had better balance than I did. And more agile. I miss her.
