Bonnie Hooftallen Obituary

PORT ALLEGANY - Bonnie L. Hooftallen, 43, of Emporium passed away Monday (Sept. 23, 2024) at her home, surrounded by her family.
She was born April 7, 1981, in Port Allegany, the daughter of David Haggard Sr. and Ilene (Main) Kamets. On Sept. 18, 2021, in Port Allegany, she married Jesse Hooftallen, who survives.
Bonnie was a secretary, employed by Andrew's Auto Sales and Service for 18 years before retiring in 2024.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and was a member of the Pink Pumpkin Project.
In addition to her mother, Ilene Kemets, and husband, Jesse, both of Emporium, she is survived by three sons, Jacob VanSickles of Turtlepoint, Todd VanSickles Jr. of Port Allegany and Brennan VanSickles of Emporium; three daughters, MacKenzie Hooftallen and Darci Hooftallen, both of Emporium, and Bianca Gooch of Port Allegany; her maternal grandmother, Dorothy Main of Port Allegany; her mother-in-law, Susan Wells; and her two fur babies, Chloe and Lily.
She was preceded in death by her father, David Haggard Sr.; and brother, David O. Haggard.
There will be no visitation. A celebration of life will be held at a later date and will be announced. Burial will be in Portage Valley Cemetery, Wrights.
Memorials will be announced on social media.
