Harold Wiley Obituary

Harold F. "Hal" Wiley, 85, of 24 Abbott Road, passed away Wednesday (Dec. 3, 2025) at Bradford Manor after a courageous battle with Parkinson's disease.
He was born Jan. 5, 1940, in Bradford, a son of the late Kenneth and Helen Kelly Wiley.
He was a 1957 graduate of the former St. Bernard High School and he earned his certificate in drafting from Williamsport Technical Institute.
On June 13, 1964, at St. Bernard Catholic Church, he married Karen Steinfeldt, who survives.
He was a U.S. Army veteran who served until his honorable discharge in 1961.
He was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church where he served as an altar boy when he was a child and later in life served as a religious education teacher and a eucharistic minister. He faithfully attended Upbeat at Bradford Regional Medical Center and the YMCA. He was an avid sportsman who loved fishing, golfing at Pine Acres and cheering on the St. Bonaventure Bonnies and the Cleveland Browns.
He was employed in Olean, N.Y., as the regional sales manager for Industrial Bearing Corp. for 25 years until it was bought by Bearings Distributors Inc., where he continued to work until his retirement.
In addition to his wife of 61 years, Karen Wiley of Bradford, he is also survived by two daughters, Jill (Greg) Zickefoose of Bradford and Jennifer (Larry Rondinelli) Hobbs of Warren; one brother, Donald Wiley of East Fallowfield Township; one sister, Carol (Hugh) Feiro of Bradford; two granddaughters, Lauren (Mason) Stark of Ridgway and Abby Zickefoose of Bradford; one great-granddaughter, Parker Stark of Ridgway; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Martha Auteri.
The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday (Dec. 9, 2025) at St. Bernard Catholic Church, where a Mass of Christian burial will immediately follow with the Rev. James Gutting as celebrant.
Memorial contributions in his memory can be made to the Upbeat Fund, C/O the Bradford Hospital Foundation, 116 Interstate Parkway, Bradford, PA 16701; or a charity of the donor's choice.

So sorry to hear about your loss, I remember Hal from playing golf in a couple leagues we played in at Pine Acres Golf Course. He is now putting on that big green in the sky.
