Michael Anderson Obituary
Born Jan. 1, 1957 in Bradford, he was the son of the late Robert Anderson and Joyce Lloyd Anderson Carr.
Michael attended Edinboro and Penn State Universities and was a graduate of the Pittsburgh Beauty Academy. He worked in salons in Pittsburgh, State College, and Key West.
He is survived by three sisters, Sharon Maynard of State College, Cynthia Bennett (Ed) of Harrisburg and Marcia Caldwell (Bernard) of Dublin, Va. and two nieces; Andrea Maynard (Jodi) of Pittsburgh, Terri Bennett (Brud) of Port Allegany, and one nephew Lance Maynard (Stephanie) of Wasilla, Alaska.
All services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions in Michael's name may be made to Mount Nittany Medical Center Hospice.

Sharon, Marcie and Cindy and all the Anderson family, I am so saddened to learn of Mike's passing. My memories of our times together growing up together and especially in high school are filled with love and laughter. Losing a sibling is so very hard but I hope you can find comfort in knowing he is in peace now and his loving spirit is near you always. My deepest sympathies to all of you.

I'm really saddened to hear of Michael's passing. I met Michael when he worked as a ( extremely talented} stylist in State College. His personality was big and flashy, funny and kind, but
most importantly, it left a permanent impression on my heart. I will miss my dear friend, but his memory will live on forever.
