Robert Henderson Obituary

Robert L. Henderson, 76, of 10 S. Fourth St., Bradford, passed away Sunday (March 24, 2024) at the Pavilion at BRMC.
Born July 28, 1947, in Bradford, he was a son of the late William and Virgina (Maben) Henderson. He was a 1965 graduate of Bradford Area High School.
On March 28, 1966, he enlisted in the U.S. Army. He was honorably discharged March 27, 1969.
Bob traveled throughout the country working in healthcare most of his career, finally settling in Bradford and working for Bradford Regional Medical as a cardiac monitor tech until his retirement. He worked for more than 40 years in healthcare.
Bob loved going to the casino, taking cruises and playing video games on his Kindle. He was an avid Buffalo Bills fan and had a love for animals.
Surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Marjorie (Al) Skillman and Jeanne Stewart; and one brother, William "Skip" (Cynthia) Henderson.
Private services for family will be held at St. Bernard Mausoleum, with burial to follow.
Memorials, if desired, may be made to the SPCA, Pavilion at BRMC or a charity of the donor's choice.
Funeral arrangements are under direction of Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.

I worked with Bob at BRMC. He was our monitor tech on 3 East. Bob always made the best coffee for us when we worked the graveyard shift. He was a joy to work with and his work ethic was outstanding! Rest in peace Bob.
