Lester Pritting Obituary
1920-2012 Lester William Pritting, age 92 passed away Monday July 30, 2012 at the Vernon Green Nursing Home.
Les was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., July 5, 1920 the son of John Pritting and Mary Platz. He was a veteran of World War II having served in the US Army. After being honorably discharged he and Florence moved to Vermont.
He is survived by his wife, Florie of Townsend. They recently celebrated their 69th wedding anniversary. He is also survived by his children and their spouses Diane Miles and her husband Joseph, Russell Pritting and Nancy Shulman, William and Randi Pritting, two grandchildren, two great grandchildren and his nephew, Edward Platz.
A private interment will be at a later date in the Oakwood Cemetey, Townshend.
Memorial contributions may be made to Grace Cottage Hospital, 170 Grafton Rd. Townshend.
Arrangements are under the care of White Funeral Chapel, Townshend.
