John Zackery Obituary
John A. Zackery, 77, of Bristol, husband of Gloria H. (Whitehead) Zackery, passed away on April 8, 2023 at Bristol Hospital.
Born on December 23, 1945 in Avon Park, FL, he was the son of the late Ulysses and Lucille (Boatright) Zackery.
Besides his wife Gloria, John is survived by his four daughters Tonia, JoAnna L., Joana M, and Patricia Zackery all of Atlanta, GA; stepson Robert Hall of Bristol, CT; three stepdaughters Gloria Hall of Bloomfield, CT, Nicole Walker of Bristol, CT, and Ronetta (Michael) Stokes of Bristol, CT; one brother Jimmie Leverson; two sisters Donnie Harris and Nelmon Jean Leverson, all of
Avon Park, FL; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, April 15 th , at 11am at DuPont Funeral Home, 25 Bellevue Ave., Bristol. Burial will follow in Peacedale Cemetery. Calling hours will be Saturday morning from 10-11am at
