OLIVIA CASTAÑEDA Obituary
Olivia G. Castañeda is preceded in death by her loving husband, Jose Castañeda; her brother, George Galvan; and her two sisters, Mary Perez and Manuela Galvan.
Olivia G. Castañeda is survived by her four children, Joe (Esther) Castañeda, Joel (Stella) Castañeda, Dolly (Gabriel) Garcia, and Hector (Yolanda) Castañeda; her seven grandchildren, A.J Carrasco, Mandy Carrasco, Desiree Baez, Jessica Castañeda, Lyzette Ruiz, Hector Castañeda Jr., and George Quiroz Jr.; her brother, Eleuterio Galvan; her sister, Julia Elizondo; and her three great granddaughters.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. today, Wednesday, March 12, 2014, with a Rosary to be conducted at 7 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista.
Chapel service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista with committal service to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
Serving as pallbearers will be, Joe Castañeda, Joel Castañeda, Hector Castañeda, Gabriel Garcia, AJ Carrasco IV, and Hector Castañeda Jr.

Dolly,Joe,Joel and Hector...our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this time of loss. I just viewed the photo slide show. Your mom was such a beautiful person it brought back so many childhood memories. We did have the best neighborhood and friends! May God Bless You All.

The Castaneda Family,may the Good Lord embrace your Mom/Grandma in his loving heart as she enters her eternal home to join your Dad/Grandpa. You must know that you have another angel looking over the family/families. I offer you my deepest condolences and join you with a sad and heavy heart during your most difficult of times. I am so sorry for the loss of your beautiful mom. I spoke to her on the phone just a few weeks ago and she made me smile and laugh as she always did when I spoke to her.
