Sycamore - Terry L. Doss, age 83 of 501 South Sycamore Avenue, Sycamore, Ohio died at 8:31 A.M., Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Bridge Findlay Hospice Care Center, Findlay, Ohio. She was born on June 29, 1935 in Mansfield, Ohio to Daryl and Altha (Winner) Ransom. She married Eddie L. Doss on June 14, 1953 at the Sycamore United Methodist Church and he survives.

Surviving are the following children, Deb (Andy) Kuhn, Tiffin, Ohio, Diana (Toby) Hammond, Port Clinton, Ohio and Darren (Don) Frank, Tiffin, Ohio. Also surviving are six grandchildren, Brett (Heather) Staib, Fredericksburg, Virginia, Ashley (Andy) Leis, Port Clinton, Ohio, Hillary Hepp, St. Petersburg, Florida, Haley (David) Hepp, Marion, Ohio, Alexa (Justin) Wharton, Memphis, Tennessee, Alicia Frank and friend, Mitch Reinhart, Tiffin, Ohio plus eight great-grandchildren, Hudson , Brennan,and Brookelyn Staib, Austin, Landon, Ethan and Nolan Leis, and Rowan Hepp. Terry also had one sister, Darlene (Gale) Bryant, Nevada, Ohio.

Terry was a homemaker, former president of Wyandot Construction, also worked at the former Sycamore Leader and also was a licensed realtor for the former Wayne F. Walton Realty. She was a member of the Sycamore United Methodist Church where she served on various committees over her lifetime. She was a member of Warpole Lodge # 366 OES, Upper Sandusky, Ohio, she also was a member of the Sycamore Lions Club, member of the former Sycamore Mother's Club, also was secretary of the Sycamore Alumni Association, former member of the Wyandot County Board of Elections and was the former secretary of the Pleasant View Cemetery for over forty years.

For hobbies she loved to travel, spending twenty-five winters in Pine Island, Florida and the summers at their home on Lake Erie. She also loved to bowl and attend all the activities of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Terry will be held on Monday, September 17, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at the Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore, Ohio with Pastor Kristen Buchs and Rev. Orion Aubihl officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery, Sycamore, Ohio. Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 16, 2018 from 2:00-5:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
