Troy Wade Obituary
BUCYRUS: Troy Allen Wade, 50 of Bucyrus passed on Thursday, February 16, 2012 in Riverside Hospital in Columbus following a brief illness. He was born on November 22, 1961 to the late Alton B. Campion and Bessie L. (Amons) Campion who survives.
Troy is also survived by his sisters, Maurine (Roger) Erwin of Bucyrus, Philiss Wade and Tom Hanline of Bucyrus, Nellie Martin of Bucyrus, Robin Singer of Bucyrus, Melanie Neptune and Marvin Taylor of North Robinson, and Carlene (Larry) Bowers of Willard; brothers, Garry (Janet) Wade of Galion, Jim and Ted Wade of Bucyrus; special friends, Clifton Lewis and Kevin Wilson; his cat Harry, numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews
Troy lived his entire life here in Bucyrus and graduated from Bucyrus High School in 1981. He worked for several years at Whirlpool in Marion where he retired from. Troy especially enjoyed working with young people and coached Bucyrus Little League for over 20 years. He was well known for his photography of local sporting events and athletes and was an avid Bucyrus and Buckeye Central Sports Fan. Troy was known as the "Candy Man" at games where he handed out candy to the young people. Troy will always be remembered for putting other people first, especially his mother and father.
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm in the funeral home. Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 1 pm in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Hager officiating, burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
The family has requested memorial contributions be made through the funeral home and expressions of sympathy may be left at www.munzpirnstill.com or Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home on Facebook.

Troy was a wonderful influence to the youth in our area. He coached my ball fearing young son in baseball more than 20 years ago, never belittling him for his fear. Troy is remembered in my family as one who instilled confidence when it was most needed, and did so with patience and respect. Even though he only coached my son 1 or 2 years,he still asked about my son everytime I saw Troy in town. Troy loved talking about the pictures of athletes that he had taken. My condolences to the family.
