Claudia and Family, Carol and I are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of our old and dear friend Alphe. Alphe and I spent eight years as schoolmates at St.Nicholas School and were close friends throughout our teens and into young adulthood. We shared many friends and I have fond memories of the many days we all played cards and penny ante "In Between", with Al and his brother Tom, at 308 Dodge St. Alphe's Parents were wonderful people and we always felt welcome in their home. While we have grown apart as the years have separated us. we remained as kindred spirits from the old neighborhood, treasured boyhood friends.

And so, my old friend. God has claimed you as His own. and we are saddened that you are no longer with us. May God be good to you!
