Of Cheektowaga, NY, April 7, 2020. Beloved husband of Lisa M. (Pueyo); loving son of Angela M. (Pirritano) and the late Leonard S. Percival and Frank E. Kosiur. No prior visitation. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the convenience of the family. Mr. Percival was a retired Physical Education teacher at Cleveland Hill High School.
