Barbara YOUNG Obituary
Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on March 12, 2022. Loving mother of Laura (Michael Iversen) Young, Mark (Lisa) Young, Christine (Greg) Papke, and Michael (Michelle) Young; beloved grandmother of several grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was the cherished sister of Roger Bower, Ralph Bower, and Annette Pfalzer. Barb is also survived by one dear nephew, Lowell Bower, several other nieces and nephews, and many close friends. Friends and relatives may call on Friday, March 18, 2022 from 1-7 PM, at Ross Funeral Home of Akron, LLC., 10 Eckerson Avenue, Akron, NY 14001, where a Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2:30 PM. A Celebration of Life will follow at Newstead Fire Hall. Please visit rossakron.com
