August 22, 2023, of Williamsville, NY, age 102, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of the late C. Bhargavi Rao. Loving father of Tejaswini (Vincent O'Neill) Rao and Veerendra (Malini) Rao. Cherished grandfather of Amar (Mitra) Rao, Rohith (Hannah Garfield) Rao and great-grandfather of Khai Rao. Family will be present on Saturday from 8:30-10:45 AM where a private family service will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in C.R.
