Carl Conrad KINKEL

KINKEL - Carl Conrad Carl Conrad Kinkel, 89, died peacefully on January 27, 2016 at Hospice House in Kennewick, Washington surrounded by his family. Carl was born in Buffalo, N.Y. on October 2, 1926 and married his childhood sweetheart Dulce Ann Hedrick in 1948. He owned and operated Avenue Nursery and Landscape Service with his father and brothers. Upon retirement in 1987 he and Dulce moved to Melbourne, FL. After Dulce's untimely death in 1989 Carl married Jere Nathanson in 1991. Widowed in 2013, he moved to Kennewick to be closer to his oldest son and family. He was preceded in death by his father Roeder J., his mother Gertrude L. nee Steller and his brother Roeder P. He is survived by his brother Robert S., his children Carl Jr. (Suzan) of Kennewick, Nancy Vinik (Martin) of Saugerties, NY, Thomas (Liz) of St. Petersburg, FL, John (Pam Biesik) of Williamsville NY, grandchildren Kelly, Daniel, Natalie, Brian, Lindsey, Ashley and Denisha and six great grandchildren.
