Steven Wilson Obituary

Steven Thomas Wilson, 71, of Whitsett, NC passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2024 at his home.
A native of Danville, Virginia, he was the son of Everett Thomas Wilson and Gail Abbott Wilson, both deceased.
Steven was a United States Army veteran. After his time in the military, he worked as an electrician for many years and then went on to become the owner and operator of Steve's Cards & Collectables in Martinsville, Va. He always enjoyed setting up sporting card events for children and was a card show dealer. Steven was a Scout Master for many years and he also enjoyed spending time fishing, listening to Fleetwood Mac, and spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his two sons, Michael Thomas Wilson and Johnathan Wayne Wilson; three beloved grandchildren, Quinten Thomas Wilson, Winter Choi Wilson, James Marley Wilson; two dear brothers, David Wilson, and Gary Wilson; and four dear cousins, Janet Williams, Cindy Goodman, Diane Garriss, and Mack Main Jr.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Doc and Ethel Wilson, and Harriet Abbott.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. January 2nd, 2025 at Danville Memorial Gardens.
