(nee Monaco) February 8, 2016, beloved wife of Edward; devoted mother of Dana (Edward) Wormuth and Jamie Walkowiak; loving grandmother of Logan and Hudson Wormuth; cherished daughter of Viola "Babe" and the late Alfred Monaco; dear sister of Deborah (Mark) Wojciecholwski and Cynthia Monaco; also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. The family will be present at the BUSZKA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2005 Clinton St. (corner S. Ogden) Thursday from 4-8 PM at which time funeral services will be held. Please share online condolences at
