Beloved daughter of Tony (Judy) Courtade and Patricia Monahan; step-daughter of Cliff Cushing; loving sister of Ginevra Courtade; survived by the Courtade and Monahan families, the Csonka family and the Jerue family of Juneau, AK; loving friend of Brad, Michelle, Dominic and countless others. A long time employee of Random House, in NYC, Catherine's heart belonged to Alaska. She was known for her great wit, kindness, and love for friends and family. No prior visitation. Private services were held. Donations in her name may be made to the Alaska Native Women's Resource Center. Arrangements by: CASTIGLIA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 824-6435. I can still see you walking down the corridor in Ken West with that slow stepped glide and that eternal smirk wondering: "what the heck are you doing now, Dominic?" Always questioning, never frivolous, fully equipped with a comeback, and all with a tender heart. Godspeed Cat.
