Age 91, beloved husband of 60 years to Mary (nee Patchen) Barry; devoted father of Monica Barry and Brian Barry; son of the late Daniel E. and Helene Barry, Sr.; loving cousin of James Gernold, William Gernold, Robert Ciesielski and Jerome Chesley. Daniel was an attorney with the Legal Aid Bureau for 57 years. The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, March 30th, from 3-7 PM at the (Tonawanda Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2600 Sheridan Dr. (at Parker Blvd). Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dan's name to St. Luke's Mission of Mercy, 325 Walden Ave., Buffalo, NY 14211. Share condolences at www.AMIGONE.com
