Dear Einstein Family,
My thoughts are with you at this time. I was a year ahead of Dan in High School and knew him growing up. I remember what a kind and gentle person he was, my heart goes out to both you and him right now.
I lost my best friend in a terrible accident two years ago. Healing takes time, you have to allow yourself the time you need. Take care of yourself at this time.

and the rest of the family I would like to express my deepest condolensces. Although Dan and I have gone our seperate ways in the past couple of years I will always remember him as one of my closest and best friends. We grew up playing basketball, baseball, and snowboarding together. The laughs and memories that we shared are too many to list and will never be forgotten. I am still in great shock by the news. He was a great friend to many. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and know that he will not be forgotten.
