MIETUS - Daniel L. May 15, 2011, beloved husband of Sheryl (Brown) Mietus; dear father of Rebecca (Michael) Huling, D. Owen (Laura), Timothy and Adam (Laurie) Mietus; fond grandfather of Tabetha Huling, Jason, Emily, Isabelle and Sarah Mietus; brother of Barbara Amato and Michael (Paula) Mietus; brother-in-law of Thomas (Christine) Brown and Juliana Dunn; uncle of Lisa Amato Reid, Marc Amato, Jeff, Brian and Jonathan Mietus, Alyssa and Sarah Brown; predeceased by his best friend Rudy. Friends may call Thursday 2-8 PM at the Vandercher & Dick Funeral Home, 2549 Main St. You are invited to join the family for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated in Blessed Trinity Church on Friday at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Roswell Park Cancer Institute or Hospice Buffalo.
