Daniel Skalski Obituary

Entered into rest June 14, 2024. Daniel is survived by his loving and devoted parents, Raymond and Paula Skalski (nee Biccs); dearest sister Lauren Skalski and precious nephew Julien Kreamer. Survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins of the Skalski, Kellogg, Grala, Marks, Cieslica, Cohoon, Martini and Sweeney families. Many friends loved Daniel as well, with a best friend and confidant, Jack Russell. A graduate of Hamburg High School, Daniel was a brilliant visionary, artist, musician, poet and writer. He was passionate about his many artistic endeavors and always enjoyed sharing his talents with others. He cherished spending time among nature and was a kind and soulful seeker of truth and peace in a complicated world. Relatives and friends may visit the Lombardo Funeral Home (South Chapel), 3060 Abbott Road, near Lake Avenue on Saturday, June 22, 2024 from 11:30 am -3:30 pm, where a Funeral Service will take place at 12:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to IndicatorArt.org (Matthew Palmo) or Treatmentadvocacaycenter.org. Please share online condolences at www.lombardofuneralhome.com.

Daniel was a family friend, and my sons close friend as well. He was beautiful soul full of love and inspiration. His smile and positiveness when he would roll up our driveway on his skateboard would make my day. May he rest in eternal peace. Sending love & prayers for all who loved him.

Ray & Paula, we have no words. Just know that Daniel will be forever looking down on the both of you, doing his best to keep you out of harms way. He loved you with all his heart. Losing a child is the worst experience that there is for two proud and loving parents. Please know that we will keep both of you in our thoughts and prayers. May Daniel Rest in Peace.
