TATARSKI - David 38, of Warren, PA, formerly of Buffalo, NY, unexpectedly, January 14, 2009. A Memorial Service will be held at the PETERSON-BLICK FUNERAL HOME INC., 1003 Penn Ave. East, Warren, on Saturday, January 17 at 12 noon. Memorial donations may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
