I have wonderful memories of Dave doing magic tricks at any of our work get togethers. He always had a deck of cards in his pocket. Dave was also very instrumental in assessing any property we were looking to purchase and saving us from making a big mistake. Dave was a very nice man and I will always think of him fondly.
My sympathies to Bonnie and the family.
Love, Beth Schmidt
