Debbie was a kind, generous and most importantly a supportive colleague when I worked at Sidway! I am deeply grateful for all her support. My condolences to her family, friends and colleagues. RIP Debbie

Yesterday
Debbie was my administrative assistant for 13 of the years I worked as principal at Sidway School. When she came to me to tell me she was going to retire, I tried to convince her to stay a few more years, so we could go together, but she had made up her mind!!
She was so incredibly organized, professional and quick thinking. She protected my time and my space. She absolutely loved the kids! I can still see and hear her talking and laughing with kids as they sat and waited to have their turn saying the pledge. We went through many experiences together, shared some tears and had many laughs.
May the love and caring of family and friends help carry your grief in the days ahead. She will be missed and will be forever in our hearts.

Yesterday
I first met Debbie nearly 30 years ago as a colleague but it didn't take long for her to become so much more-a true friend and confidante. Some of my happiest memories are from our annual shopping trips to Grove City with Mary very February break, filled laughter, shared stories and the kind of joy that only comes with people who feel like family.
On one trip in particular that still makes me laugh, we were driving home from Grove City-me behind the wheel, Debbie riding shotgun and Mary eating all the snacks(snacks we were saving in case we got stranded) trying to beat an approaching storm. We didn't go out usual way, instead we went through Salamanca. It was actually sunny there, so no need to be cautious right? Anyways we all know that Debbie is a rule follower through and through, so the look on her face as we got pulled over was priceless
In my panic, the only thing I could do was blurt out was that Patrick was a state trooper and that he told us to go that way. The whole thing felt like something
straight out of Thelma and Louise.
Debbie is one of a kind-truly one in a million and I am so grateful to have her in my life.

Dear Pat, Katie, Timmy and all of your family.
We are beyond devastated for your loss of your beyond special Debbie.
I am trying my best to gather words to help somehow comfort you in your time of heartbreak and deep grief.
Debbie was and is my bday mate as we share the same date, I am honored to say, and would always make sure we texted, called or hugged on that day.
You, Pat and Debbie have been the BEST of next door neighbors/ friends for 27 years and how especially blessed we have been.
You have always been there in a quiet way for whatever needed whether it was a cup of flour or to rescue me when I locked keys in my house.
Debbie and I walked every evening years ago before our schedules were opposite, and I will cherish those special chats always.
In losing our own family members way too many times, I do promise you that Debbie will NEVER EVER leave you and will truly be your Angel from heaven watching over all of you.
Take comfort that she didn’t have to suffer for long as she sure didn’t deserve to and is now in Gods Kingdom rightfully so.
We are here for you always and even tho I want to just hug each of you, I know you need space and time to process.
Please know we love all of you and are sending all of our prayers for strength from God Almighty.
This is all temporary as when God calls, you be reunited never to separate again.
With Love and Deepest Condolences,
Jeannine, Anthony and Joe

My deepest condolences to the family of Debbie Moriarity. She was a beautiful lady,an amazing secretary, who went out of her way to help everyone and anyone who needed it.
I didn’t get to see her often since I retired, but saw her occasionally when I worked at Sheas and she sat in my section. I just recently ran into her and her husband at a restaurant and we talked. I will treasure that conversation.
God bless you and may you rest in peace.

Debbie and I shared a friendship for 33 years. We worked together at Sidway School for many years and our friendship continued outside of work. She has been a loyal, supportive and loving friend and would go out of her way to help you in any way. I will miss you my dearest friend!❤

It was my privilege to work with Debbie for many years at Sidway Elementary, and to also call her a friend. She was kind, caring, funny, and exceptional at her job. I've missed her at school since she retired, and will continue to miss her beautiful soul in life.

Debbie was a kind and supportive woman who helped me in many, many ways while I worked at Sidway. We had inside jokes and she had my back! Sending so much love to Debbie’s family ❤
