Debra Morris of Lockport, NY, passed away on December 5, 2023, at Niagara Hospice House. Born on August 20, 1965, in Newark, NJ to John and Carol "Peg" Brydges, Debra was a beacon of vibrancy and passion. She excelled as Managing Director at Citibank from 1999 until her passing. A passionate Buffalo Bandits fan, Debra also loved crafting, theater, traveling, and gardening. Survived by her husband, David; children, Robert (Thom) and Megan (Sean); and her parents and extended family, Debra's legacy of warmth and brightness lives on. Join us in celebrating her life on December 9, 10:00-11:00 AM at LANGE FUNERAL HOME, INC., Lockport. Services at 11:00 AM. Donations in her memory can be made to the American Cancer Society. Deepest condolences to Deb´s family. She has been in my thoughts since her passing was communicated to many colleagues at Citi. I have known Deb for so many years, always available and ready to help a collegue or triage a situation.
So much expertise and kindness.
We were promoted to MD at Citi the same year and shared many l "virtual" moments throughout the years on conference calls first and more recently on zoom.
May she rest in peace.

I met Debra a year ago and got to know the fantastic human being and the great leader she was. She was generous with her time and helped me get acclimated as a new joiner in the organization. She will be dearly missed!

So sorry to hear of Debbie´s passing. She was a beautiful person. Always a smile on her face. Although I haven´t seen Debbie in years, we always caught up during the holidays. Debbie and I met in the accounting program at UB. We were apartment roommates after college and I was so proud to be in her wedding. She was so smart, funny and loved taking on new adventures. My sincere condolences to the family. May she rest in peace.

May your hearts be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate Deb's life. I met Deb in Audit at HSBC over 30 years ago. We became theater partners, and saw many plays at Studio Arena, Irish Classical Theater, and Shea's for more than 25 years. We especially enjoyed catching up in general at dinners prior to every play. I always loved hearing her stories about other countries she would visit as part of her job at Citibank. I have a number of Christmas ornaments that she made over the years to brighten my tree. Deb was truly remarkable in all she accomplished, and I will greatly miss my wonderful friend. May all who loved Deb find peace and comfort.
