September 8, 2023; of Cheektowaga, NY; age 83; Beloved wife of the late James R. Waz. Devoted mother of Dawn (John) Vulaj, Dr. Wayne (Dr. Mary Jane Petruzzi) Waz and the late Denise Waz. Cherished grandmother of Brandon (Dr. Diana Agostini) Vulaj, Alex (Brynne Sturge) Vulaj and Tomas Waz. Adored great-grandmother of Leonardo James Vulaj. Loving daughter of the late Stephen and Mildred Kushka. Dear sister of Carol (Donald) Rynkowski. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present on Saturday from 8:00-9:15 a.m. at the (Cleveland Hill Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC. 569 Cleveland Drive where prayers will be offered at 9:15 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Infant of Prague Church at 10:00 a.m. Flowers gratefully declined. My thoughts & prayers are with the family. Diane would come to me to get her hair done and during this time she would tell me all about the family and how much you all meant to her . Diane was one of the sweetest . Rest in peace .
