Dorothy QUATRARO Obituary
August 25, 2021, beloved wife of 64 years to the late Daniel Quatraro; loving mother of David (Maureen) Quatraro and Diane (late Robert) Lucas; cherished grandmother of Christopher (Kyle) Quatraro, Nicole (Steve) Herr and Kelly (John) Womer; great-grandmother of five; dear sister of Robert (Ann) Scarafia; aunt of many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the C. MERTZ AND SON FUNERAL HOME, INC., 911 Engelwood Ave., on Friday, August 27th, from 3-7 PM. All are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at Christ the King Church (corner of Lamarck and Main Str.) on Saturday, August 28th, at 11 AM. Please assemble at church. Flowers graciously accepted. Dorothy spent many years volunteering for local organizations including Blocher Homes and Beechwood Continuing Care. She also volunteered on the Altar Committee at Christ the King Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dorothy's memory to Beechwood Continuing Care. So very sorry to hear of Dorothy´s passing. The last time I saw her was at Dan´s wake and funeral. I knew her from Post 49 and was so grateful for her welcoming and kind gestures and her sympathies when my husband passed....May her beautiful soul Rest In Peace , sincerely Adele Napierala

Dave and Maureen, we are very sorry to hear of the passing of Dorothy. She was a lovely lady and enjoyed chatting with her when we would see her at Leisurewood. She will be sadly missed.
