Edward W. Weigand

June 26, 2003; husband of Ellen (Hanrahan) and the late Margaret (Smith); dear father of Thomas (late Linda) Weigand and Mary (Jeffrey) Kent; stepfather of Mary Ellen (Fred) Frankhauser, Colleen (Michael) Smith, Patricia (Greg) Was, Kathleen (Gary) Norsen, Thomas (Faith) Carberry, Marie (Wayne) Crooke and Shawn (Norene) Carberry; survived by 23 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; predeceased by one grandson; brother of Betty (Bill) Harding. Friends received on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the NIGHTENGALE FUNERAL HOME, 1884 South Park Ave. (near Tifft St.), where services will be held on Monday at 9 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial from the Church of the Holy Family at 9:30. Friends invited. Mr. Weigand was a member of the NY Central Employees Club and St. Ambrose Senior Citizens. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery.
