Of West Seneca and Kaisertown, NY, September 25, 2025, at age 103; devoted wife of the late Frank S. Zajack for 72 years; dearest mother of Gregory (Alexandra "Sandy" Vanoff) Zajack of Huntington Beach, CA, the late Pamela Varga of Denver, CO, Phyllis (the late Scott) Miller of Apex, NC, and the late infant Leonard Zajack; beloved grandmother of five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; Aunt Eleanor to beloved nieces and nephews; baby sister to six departed sisters and brothers. Eleanor was a long-time active member of St. Gabriel's Church, Bowmansville Garden Club, Holimont Ski Club and the American Wine Society. She enjoyed gardening, crafting, traveling, watching her birds and wildlife on Clinton Street, and most importantly, her faith, family and prescribing home remedies.
