of Hamburg, NY passed peacefully surrounded by family on February 2, 2026. Beloved husband of the late Kathleen A. Godios; Devoted father of Gina (Bruce) Sheldon, Eileen (Dean) Francescone, and Karianne (Christopher) Gregoire; Loving papa of Stephen Prahovic, Dylan (Corey Kashdin) Prahovic, Kayla Gregoire, and Katarina Gregoire; Cherished brother of Kenneth (Jeannette), late Joseph, and late Robert; Loving uncle of Susan, Kevin, Scott, and Jason; Special friend of Ann. Family and friends will be received Thurs. 2/5, 3-7 PM at LAKESIDE MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC. 4199 Lake Shore Rd. Hamburg, NY 14075, 716-627-2919. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Fri. 2/6, 10 AM at Our Lady of Sacred Heart Church. Please assemble at church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Hospice Buffalo. Dear Gina, Eileen, Marianne...
My heart goes out to you girls, your dad loved you all so much. Every time we spoke most of the conversation was about all of you. I will dearly miss our phone conversations, seeing him at Jack's gigs. I was so honored to be asked to be at his 89th birthday party. I will never forget his gentleness and kindness.
