Age 68, passed away March 26, 2011 in Rowlett, TX. Formerly of Lackawanna. Loving wife of David Cebell for 47 years; dear mother of David F. (Stephanie) and Aaron (Sandie); loving Nana of Anthony; sister of Margaret (David) Kosanovich, Grace (John) Imburgia and Frank (Sally) Valentine; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Memorial Mass at Our Lady of Victory Basilica on Ridge Rd. Wednesday, July 27, at 10:30 AM. Mrs. Cebell owned the first hair salon on Electric Ave. in Lackawanna, NY.
