It's never easy to say goodbye, especially to one of the most sincere, compassionate, strong, simple, comforting and loving (both 2 legged and 4) ladies I have ever known. She touched many lives and helped many people become what they are today. I am honored to have known her. Rest in peace Grandma Frances. Love always, Kathy
