Of Buffalo, NY, at age 88. Beloved husband of the late Penny Kowal (nee Oswald); loving father of Chris Rehberg, Karan Kowal, Matt (Kay) Rehberg, Kathy (Brett) Jones, Curtis (Monica) Winchester and Henry (Kim) Rehberg; devoted grandfather of (12) grandchildren; dear brother of Teresa (Dick) Heitzman and the late Raymond and John Kowal; also survived by nieces and nephews. Visitation at the KOLANO FUNERAL HOME, 396 Amherst St. (near Grant) Saturday, October 25th from 4-7PM. Frank was a US Army Veteran and an active member of Unity Church, Buffalo.
