BITTAR - George E. May 31, 2019, age 88. Caring and beloved husband of Carolyn (nee Weiss) Bittar; loving father of Denise (Albert) Berrebi and Betsy Bittar; cherished grandfather of Alex, Carolyn, Michael (Kristin), Julie, Georgina and Daniel; adored great-grandfather of Ryland; caring brother of Theckla (Joseph) Mullen, Joseph (Theresa) Bittar, Ann (Thomas) Christman and the late Madeline (late Anthony) Abdella; also survived by nieces and nephews. The family will be present on Sunday from 1-5 PM at the (Amherst Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 5200 Sheridan Drive (corner of Hopkins Road), where prayers will be offered on Monday at 11:15 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated from Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 4375 Harris Hill Road, Williamsville at 12 PM. Friends invited. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Share online condolences at www.AMIGONE.com
