Age 75, of Kodak, TN, formerly of Buffalo, NY, passed away Thursday, February 17, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, Casimer and Genevieve Cichy; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Louis and Anne Repeta; brothers-in-law: Ron Beback, John Thompson and Leon Repeta. Survivors include his wife, Mary Cichy; daughters, Karole Marie Shafer and Patrice Anne Anthony; grandchildren, Zachary (Genesis) Mitchell, Rebecca Shafer and Joshua Shafer; great-grandson, Benjamin Mitchell; sisters, Joanne Beback and Bernadine (James) Eberle; sisters-in-law, JoAnn Thompson, Helen Repeta, Helene (John) Schmiegel and Suzanne (Kevin) Osterstrom.
