Glen KELKENBERG

KELKENBERG - Glen August 7, 2010, much loved husband of Linda (Hoehman). Glen was a devoted father to Susan (Don) Kaiser, Sandra Kelkenberg, Dennis (Rosalie), Beth Gulakiw and David (Amanda); friend of Benny Gulakiw. Glen was a special grandpa to Jessica Kelkenberg (Justin Meyers), Elizabeth Kelkenberg (David Woost) and Kristina Kelkenberg, Victoria, Kathryn and Megann Kaiser, Alex Gulakiw and Matthew and Julia Kelkenberg; loving new great-grandfather to Hunter Glen Woost. Glen was born in Clarence Center on November 9, 1932 to Alfred and Annie (Rickford) Kelkenberg and was a dear brother of Kenneth (Nancy). He spent over 55 years as a Clarence Center Volunteer Fireman and enjoyed being part of the Labor Day Fair each year. Glen liked working with his tractors and for many years he and Linda had vegetable gardens, which he enjoyed sharing with family and friends. Glen was very blessed with a loving and caring family and knew he could call on them for anything he or Linda needed. No prior visiting hours. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday 11 AM at The Clarence Center Fire Hall, 9415 Clarence Center Road. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cancer Research or Hospice Buffalo, Inc.
