Born November 1, 1925, died November 2, 2025 one day after her 100th birthday. Beloved wife of the late Robert C. Schopp M.D. Dear mother of David C. (Mark Peszko) Schopp and Mary R. Salomon; sister of the late Audrey E. Claus and Eunice C. (Jack) Kelly; aunt of Laurel Kelly, Delia (Brad Hastings) Kelly, Eileen (Jim Cagle) Kelly, Karen (Gary) Clark, Charles "Chip"(Susan) Schopp, Reginald (Hollis) Schopp, Lynne (Stuart) MacLeod, Richard (Jill) Schopp and the late Barbara Bell and dear friend of Kim Choates Funeral services will be held Wednesday November 12, 2025 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church 1080 Main St. Buffalo, N.Y. at 4 PM. Family and friends are also invited to attend a reception following the service. If desired contributions may be made in Gwendolyn's memory to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. A private burial will be held Thursday at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.denglerrobertspernafuneral.com.
