Of Hamburg, NY, died at her home on March 10, 2026, at the age of 99; Beloved wife of the late Bernard ("Bun") M. Murphy and the late H. Frederick DeMarse; devoted mother of David (Carol) E. DeMarse, the late H. Frederick DeMarse, the late Bernard M. Murphy, Margaret A. Murphy, Daniel (Tina) P. Murphy, and the late Thomas M. Murphy; cherished grandmother to 8 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild; daughter of the late William and Ruth Ellison. A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, 21, 2026 at 10:00 am at St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church, 4737 Lake Shore Road, Hamburg. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at 10:00 am at Holy Family Church, Watertown, New York.
