You where my bestfriend, i miss you so much, I have no one to joke with i knew you every since we where kids going to CAO classes after school (lol) and i still dont know how you put up with me this long. I know its gonna come a time where im going to need to talk to you and your not going to be there. I keep thinking what will i do? trying to prepare my self. I really dont understand why you? I never would of thought are time would be cut short but i do accept that god needed a strong angel to look over us you will always be missed i love you

Dear Jamal,
It's crazy that just early that morning we were just discussing our daughter and going over our plans for the future. Who would of ever thought that just a short time later I would get such sad news. I'm forever grateful that your sister Tanika (Nikki) and I have grown close over time. It helps to know that I can talk to someone that can truly understand my grief. It brings me comfort that your last words to me and what I will always hold dear to my heart is that you still loved me. In our daughter I see the light that shines in you and that get's brighter with each passing day. Thank you for giving me the most precious gift in the world. It's crazy that we were just talking early Saturday morning about our daughter and our plans for the future. Who would have thought that hours later I would receive such bad news.
