GIAMBRONE GIAMBRONE - James P., M.D. September 20, 2013, age 72, beloved husband of Judith A. (nee Kraebel) Giambrone; devoted father of James P. (Susan) Giambrone, Jr.; loving grandfather of Nicholas and Lauren Giambrone; dearest son of Pauline (nee Battaglia) and the late Joseph A. Giambrone; cherished brother of Marcia Giambrone and Rita (Uli) Elben; dear uncle of Amy (Dan) Wojcik, Joseph (Shannon Farrell) Allen, Katie Allen and P.J. Allen; adored great-uncle of Simon Wojcik and Noelle Allen; cherished nephew of Salvator (late Rosalie) Giambrone and Marie (late Louis) Casillo; also survived by many cousins, family, and friends. The family will be present on Monday and Tuesday from 4-8 PM at the AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 5200 Sheridan Dr. (at Hopkins Rd.). Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated on Wednesday at St. Gregory the Great Church, 200 St. Gregory Ct., Williamsville, at 9:00 AM. Please assemble at church. Interment to immediately follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Arrangements by Anthony E. Greco, GRECO FUNERAL HOME. If so desired, memorials may be made in Dr. Giambrone's memory to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research. Dr. Giambrone was a veteran with the U.S. Army. He was the President of Associated Physicans of WNY, PC and a member of the Board of Directors, Catholic Health System. Dr. Giambrone also was the 2012 Recipient of the Sisters of Charity Hospital Man of the Year Award. Additionally, he was Staff Physican at Sisters of Charity Hospital and St. Joseph's Hospital.
