Age 91. Beloved wife of the late William J. "Sully" Sullivan Jr. for 57 years; loving mother of Owen William (Deborah) Sullivan, Loraine M. (Richard III) Grimm, Stephen T., David McNicholas (Jennifer) Sullivan and the late Dennis Sullivan; cherished grandmother of Kaelyn, Hannah, Camryn, R. William, Emily K., Cade M. and Nathaniel; adored great-grandmother of Remington, Brooks, George, Lelliana and Ember; caring sister of the late Joan (Adolf "Bud") Gortzig; also survived by many nieces and nephews. The family will be present on Monday, March 16th from 4 PM - 7 PM at the (Amherst Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 5200 Sheridan Drive (corner of Hopkins Road). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 17th at Saint Benedict Roman Catholic Church,1317 Eggert Rd., Buffalo, NY 14226 at 9:30 AM. Family and friends are asked to please assemble at church. Janet was a true artist at heart, she viewed the world as a canvas waiting to be filled. Janet was beloved friend to many and she will be deeply missed by everyone that had the honor of knowing such a beautiful and creative soul.
