I have memories of Jerome a plenty. Not sure they would be the type of brushes for painting a picture. He was a deal maker, it´s better to take your cut from a number of deal´s. Than to take all the risks involved in one big deal. I can remember him talking to Uncle Harry and Harry always asked what kind of deals you working on?
He was a good guy, he didn´t take everything so personally. He had learned to evaluate, know both sides, decide with your head, not your heart. If your heart is in the way, walk away.
He told me not everyone can do what I do.
The hardest thing to find is loyalty, told me I give it so I get it back.
Just thoughts and Memories.

FiftyFive years of knowing and working with you Jerry and I cannot recall anyone time we didn´t enjoy each others company. We taught and learned from each other but more important to me, was the respect and joy you gave my dad "Mac" and oh how he enjoyed educating you on the mechanics of repairing heavy construction equipment. I´ll surely miss you Jerry.

In 2010, I was introduced to Jerry by a mutual friend. He said, "Brian, I want to introduce you to another Lebanese entrepreneur just like you. I know you guys will get along,". Interestingly, we both lived in Key West and Buffalo, sharing not only Lebanese roots and an entrepreneurial spirit but also a love for boating and water. We became close friends and confidants. Jerry started to call me "Cous" for cousin. I remember in one of our get-togethers, I met Jerry and his dad, Joe, for dinner in the Keys. His dad shared stories about his mom, how she disliked his dad's constant annoyance, and the Lebanese musical instrument he played, which reminded me of how my dad used to annoy my mom. That night, Jerry insisted on paying for dinner, but I refused - it´s a Lebanese thing - though Jerry always wanted to pay, and we often played heads or tails to decide who would. I lost that day, Jerry paid, and for whatever reason, I always lost more than I won in our encounters. Jerry was always generous and funny, loving, and outside our business talks, he often talked proudly about his kids. I can share dozens of stories that I love about Jerry that reflect the uniqueness of his soul. I will definitely miss you, Cous.
Love, Brian Maouad.

Jerry was a unique person. No one needed to tell him to think outside the box; he had no boxes. He would look at problems and opportunities with a 360 degree perspective that was his alone. If he had an important problem, idea or opportunity he would think about it day and night until he worked out how he would approach it. Sometimes, but not always, talking out loud about it over days or weeks while this process was going on. Once he settled on an approach he was relentless beyond reason, determined to the point of distraction and tireless in pursuing what he decided upon. If you were on his side there was no better coach, leader, partner or friend. If you were not on his side he could be a handful. You always knew what Jerry was thinking because he always told you without hesitation, reservation or reluctance. While he was charming, personable, kind and generous he had little or no concern about what others thought of him. He went though his life just being himself, his unique self and that is what I admire most about him.

My heart goes out to all of Jerry´s family, friends and loved ones at this very sad time. I met Jerry through a mutual `best friend´ in boating. Always a kind person to anyone that entered his life. This photo was a few years ago back when seeing him and some of his friends at a concert at Artpark. RIP Jerry and Natalie...

I am one of the many thousands of people whose lives were made better for having known Jerry. I served as a driver for Jerry and was proud to have his confidence for over 25 years. I have the deepest respect and admiration for Jerry as he has been nothing but kind and generous to me over the years. We made many trips together and Jerry shared much of his personal and professional wisdom. He was so proud of his family, his children and grandchildren and of course his soul mate, Natalie. My heart goes out in grief with all of the Williams family and my prayers are for healing from this difficult time

Jerry was like a father figure for my wife and I and cared for us like an extension of his own family. He was such a fun person to be around. His "Florida Keys fam" is going to miss him greatly and will "Keep it rolling" by carrying on living our lives using the inspiring wisdom and knowledge he passed down to us all.
Natalie will always be remembered for her incredible kindness and love she spread to everyone she came in contact with. She always was the light of his life and could always put a smile on his face.
They will each be dearly missed.

Jerry was one of those rare individuals who gave of himself quietly but wholeheartedly. A true friend in every sense, he went above and beyond to help others-not for recognition, but simply because that´s who he was. His kindness and generosity often flew under the radar, known best by those fortunate enough to be on the receiving end.
We shared countless coffees at our favorite spots and dinners at JT´s whenever we found ourselves in the same city. Our conversations covered everything-from politics to investments to updates on our families. With Jerry, you never walked away without having learned something new or feeling inspired by his perspective.
He absolutely adored Natalie, and the three of us shared many good and memorable evenings together-filled with laughter, good food, and thoughtful conversation. Those memories will always stay close to my heart.
Jerry was more than just a friend-he was a trusted advisor, a sounding board, and someone whose presence made life better. I´ll miss him deeply, but I´ll always carry his wisdom, his warmth, and his quiet strength with me.
Rest in peace, my friend. You and Natalie will be missed more than words can say-but your spirit lives on in all of us who had the privilege of knowing you.

Jerry was my friend from the very first time we met over 35 years ago, we´ve shared times together from out for breakfast to drinks and a concert to just sitting on my front porch and talking about life , when i wanted to leave my job of 20 years and start my own business I told him I´m scared Jerry he was genuine and gave his advice to step forward and do it he said he knew I´d do just fine and because of his reassurance I did it and I did great for 25 years, once in a while he would stop in my shop to see how I was doing,I can go on and on , in life we meet a lot of people and some will touch you deeply in the heart and that is what Jerry did to me , I can say with all honesty he was a special man and I´ll always hold him in my heart and memories for the rest of my life, rest in peace my friend
