FUNKE - Joan A. (nee Brewster) Of Hamburg, NY, July 23, 2016. Beloved wife of the late William Funke Jr.; dearest mother of William III (Mary), Robert (Bonnie), Christopher (Diane), Kevin (Kathy), Jeffrey, Terence (Beth Wooten), Dana (Beth), Keith (Jennifer) and Daryl (Laura) Funke; also survived by 19 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren; daughter of the late Eleanore C. (Hertel) Brewster; sister of Richard (late Evelyn), Raymond (late Carol), Irving (Margaret), Theodore (Betty) and the late Jean Graham and James Brewster; also survived by nieces and nephews, No prior visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 3487 North Boston Rd., Eden, NY Saturday morning at 11. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Roswell Park Cancer Institute (Dermatology) or the National Wildlife Federation. Arrangements by ERIE COUNTY CREMATION SERVICE, 824-6435.
