Of Hamburg, entered into rest on November 2, 2021. Beloved husband of 58 years to Jean (nee O'Rourk) Doetterl; devoted father of Jeffrey (Karen) and Judith (Daniel Oliverio) Doetterl; cherished grandfather of Kayla (Steve), Julianne, and Kristina; loving son of the late Martin and Mildred Doetterl; dear brother of William (late Betty), Joan (late Ray) Sambrotto, Robert (Lenore), and the late Richard (late Sarah) Doetterl; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Road, Orchard Park, near Lake Ave., on Friday, November 5th, from 3-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Charity Parish (St. Ambrose Worship Site), 65 Ridgewood Road, Buffalo, Saturday morning, November 6th, at 9:30 o'clock. My dear uncle Jack my heart is broken. My favorite memory is when you and my dad had the marshmallow eating contest at our house in Michigan. So many memories of our family get togethers. To my sweet aunt Jean, cousins Jeff and Judith I love you all so much. So sorry we can't be there for you during this difficult time. I know my mom Peg was there to welcome him with open arms.
